Help Sloooow 3G speeds

Well, I decided to run speedtest from the office this morning and I'm getting "real" 3G speed here so apparently I just don't have a 3G connection at my house. When I look it up on the phone it says I have CDMA Evdo but speedtest's results when run from my house (when the test actually completes) say that it was really a 1xRTT connection (but Evdo from the office) So it's just Sprint's crappy network... I really don't want to have to go to the big V, but I might have to. The worst part is I'm something like 4 miles from the airport, you'd think that there would be coverage here?
 
have you gone to a store and had them check it out??

how about call the CS and maybe have them "ping" your phone and see what it says on their computers
