Root Small question..to make sure.

So , i just flashed C Firmware. On E , 4G Mobile Hotspot was blocked for an iPad Mini ( not mine, a friends'.)

Is tethering on other devices (i.e computer, ipad etc. ) blocked like it was on E? Do i have to change my user agent to make it work or will it just load on the ipad? thanks.

Only PCs should be blocked, and I think Macs as well.

Try a different web browser on the iPad.
