No, I tried putting the max frequency it to 900 Mhz and it would not set it to it. I think that if it can be set to 900 at boot that then it will work, but I could be wrong.

Like I said before the pll2 table needs to be tweaked in order to overclock (it's located in the kernel source files)

Hi All ! I have a trouble with CASIO G'zOne too. On rooted phone changed permissions on /system/lib from 0755 to 0644... Now phone booting kernel, init, but launcher not starting, rf-modules not loading etc... I can entering into via adb shell, but user UUID 10006, $su - segmentation fult, $sudo - permission denied... fastboot -i 0x0409 do nothing... (I thing fastboot only in HTC dev... such as odin on samsung). Please help me.

Fastboot is Android universal, but unless you have access (a soft brick is the only way) you can't flash system.img to fix your system. I answered in the other thread.
