So Apple now has patent for pinch to zoom, doc rotation and scrolling?

I seriously do not understand the uspto in awarding patents to Apple for things that were on other devices long before the iPhone came out? If this holds up, which I doubt should Apple sue everyone over this, there is gonna be a lot of pissed off people.

And if this does hold up, it should be FRAND.

Apple is feeling the pressure of having to do something and they are not up to the task so what they are doing is trying to grasp hold of anything just like anyone else would who is falling. Apple won't just vanish of the face of the earth but they are trying to insure that they will have enough resources to keep fighting. Apple has been backed into a corner and will all fashion pieces they are falling prey to the next fashionable thing.
 
with steve jobs out of the picture they must be feeling more pressure from their competition.. With that they must feel the need to put patents on everything they can to make it impossible to compete with them.

Something needs to happen to Apple they are too full of themselves (in my opinion)
 
It's frustrating because patents were created to PROTECT innovation so those with innovative ideas would be protected from copy cats. Now, all this time later, it's become a tool to BLOCK innovation since clowns like AT&T and just claiming patents on everything whether they created it or not and then suing their competition if they appear to be getting a leg up. Pure BS and yet another reason I can't stand Apple.
 
Heard that Apple is now going after Adam & Eve, yeah the ones from the Bible. Those apples they ate supposedly belonged to Steve Jobs & they ( Apple ) are not to happy!!!
