So long, and thanks for all the fish

Tomorrow I pick up my Razr and move on. My DX is in terrible shape due to the physical abuse I handed it, and no longer is capable to do as I need.

Thanks to all in this forum for all the great programs and information.

Hope to see some of you in the Razr forums!

Nice! Enjoy your phone. As for me, I'll be in the GNex forum ;)

good luck. I agree a former dx-2-Razr review would be great for people potentially in the same scenario as you.

yes good luck with your razr, hope it works out better than the dx for you, and great movie reference for the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy

So far it is a fairly big step up in most performance categories except battery. If you are used to the DX, it will be a pleasant upgrade. I wouldn't expect a DX user to whine about how big it is (insert "that's what she said" here). Reception is typical Moto awesome, camera is similar quality but MUCH faster, and browsing on 4G is all that. The included apps seem pretty cool, but again may be useless if the battery life is as lame as it has been.
An idea on battery. Took it off the charger, had smart actions keeping a lot of stuff off. Watched a 22 minute video, did some email and browsing (maybe 30-45 minutes max), listened to tunes for about an hour, and dropped to 30% after 6.5 hours. I think the DX would have been a little better, especially since I wouldn't be turning data off like the Razr does.
