This is why I stay using my taptalk blue .No ads very cool but makes me mad to hear earlymoon say ad away I paid for taptalk. I need to know what will Google do for customers that have paid apps since the dounut age will these paid apps stay with us or what.

I waited for the free Tapatalk, the only ads I block are ours. And I pay for apps I keep that have paid versions.

If you paid for Tapatalk, you have VIP privileges now that I don't. If you're not ok with that, you need to direct your anger to Tapatalk - it's not a Google app. Google only took their Store percentage of your purchase.

As for AdAway, I make no apologies.

I can cite a number of devs whose app ads are not blocked by it (so there's a righteous way to advertise in app and I'm way OK with that) and I can cite a number of malware sites that never make it to my phone because of it.

Until they stop making malware protection my problem, I'm going to do what I have to do.

Question about ads *** if I edit my host file when I flash a new ROM or ROM updates would this fix a portion of my ads I Dont want or is it best to use ad away. I know its a lt of IP addresser and will take time .

AdAway modifies your hosts file.

It's not l33t, it's actually standard Unix name resolving.

It would be nice if I could use the desktop version of AF through Xenforo on my phone. The mobile site is clunky as hell.

I hardly use a laptop at all but the new site loads as if it were intended for desktop computers and not tablets or smartphones. It's a pain navigating it on a tablet and looks all cluttered up. Some have mentioned the sidebar changes position or shrinks to nothingness on smaller screens. On my chrome book it looks like it should.

Also painfully slow to load such a script heavy site on a tablet. Designing a site for desktop computers when the market is shifting to mobile is not exactly the best plan.

Yeah, Phases just traced the leak on the scripts - we're fixing to be referencing and doing a whole lot less for a whole lot more.

Still not acceptable.

Pretty sure it's a side effect (at least in part if not completely) of something Phases is working to fix so it may go away fixing other bugs.

Yep, they are unlimited now.

It's unlimited now, you don't delete them, you "leave" them. Which is the same thing.. in VB you could "delete" but they still sat in the other users inbox/sent.

When viewing a conversation I can click Leave Conversation near the top of the page, that removes it from my Inbox.
