Root Soft bricked Bionic

Elpigeon

Lurker
Was trying to flash a new rom onto my Bionic but the file was a bad rom. The file didn't install and i forget the one easy step of setting the backup. The phone no longer boots (stuck on black screen), and resetting to factory defaults hasn't been working.

I've been trying to reset using the RSD lite flashing method.

Every time i try to reset it gets stuck at 1/20 mdm some file not working.

The one thing i've noticed is that in the fastboot i have battery low and cannot program. Does this just mean i need to charge the battery somewhere and it should fix the problem?

Before you do anything with your phone, figure out a way charge your battery via another phone, external charger, etc! It is unfortunate, but the Bionic won't charge w/out and OS running and fastboot won't work with a dead battery.

After you have a charged battery, try RSD Lite again and/or download House of Bionic (Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss)

House of Bionic is if you are already on an ICS leak.

Get the battery charged and if you can't get rsdlite working i will send you a script to run fastboot and push the fxz file to your phone. Just send me a PM

Follow this thread for flashing with rsdlite. If you post in it I will get an email and respond back as soon as I can. http://androidforums.com/bionic-all-things-root/480176-how-flash-5-9-902-5-9-905-rsdlite.html

Sorry about the House of Bionic info, I've been on ICS so l've been on ICS so long. I thought the scripts would work for GB too.
