Help Software Update Service Unavailable

Just wanting to update my Dinc 2 to 2.3.4 and anything else available after that but I keep getting Service Unavailable when I try to do a software update on the phone.

Anyone have the file or way to manually update to 2.3.4?

I updated with no problem or after effects.
Can anyone tell me this...Did this update give us native screen shot ability? (pressing power button+ home key) How freaking long has this been like this and I didn't know about it?

I'm pretty sure it came with the update.
