Sold my DX..

I just sold my DX on Ebay. I'm jam packing it with all of my best accessories in order to provide it with a nice home. I feel terrible. I've learned so much on this phone and have great memories. I'm choked up. Sad, huh?

Kind of like losing a family member, ain't it? ;)

Well cheer up big guy! "It is a far, far better thing that you do, than you have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that it goes to than it has ever known."

Sad day. :/ I'm debating whether or not to sell my Nexus S, or use it for developing. It's hard to get rid of a device that you have spent so much time with hacking, modifying, or having fun.

It'll be good for developing but it's next on the list for no support in source code... Nexus one source code doesn't exist anymore :(

Steve,

I say you create a memorial thread for your DX. We can all say a few good words about it. I'll bring those little finger sandwiches.

Don't worry Steven, it should be going to a good home with an owner that will use it :)

That's soo sad. The Nexus One just turned two :( I guess that's Google support time for its Nexus phones.

Geez, I thought that that was what this thread was.

Please don't encourage him to make more threads on this.

After all, it's not like he gave up an Evo.

What?!? Someone thinks the Evo/DX debate has actually played out? :D :D :D

But the more threads we have, the more he'll post....and we can get him to 50,000 posts!!!:p

Steven has said he no longer wishes to have the record as the most prolific poster on AndroidForums.com. Ahem. Yeah.

Anyway, my god man, do you hear yourself?!? That's like saying we can get a tsunami to be kinda breezy!!!!

lmao :D

You're right, we all need to help Steven58 come out of his shell. It's like pulling teeth getting him to say anything.:p

I don't really have that kind of emotional bond with my electronics. Mostly because they never last more than a year. The next best thing comes out and I typically snag it and the device which I had hits the backburner as a backup or I give it to a relative.

Either way, at least you upgraded to a far superior device!
