This is the first time I try to root my Samsung S2 and followed the guidelines [ROM+Guide]Official i9100 Firmwares LPE/Q/7/2/F/S/4/7/G/9/W/D/F Download - xda-developers
that was linked from http://androidforums.com/galaxy-s2-...guide-last-updated-02-mar-2012-13-48-gmt.html
Odin fails to write the insecure firmware (pls check below).
Since I have I9100XWLPG in my S2 then I downloaded:
XWLPG Insecure - Download (Dev-Host)
XWLPG Original - Download (Dev-Host)
from [KERNELS] Updated! [11/06/12] Latest INSECURE ICS Kernels! (I9100 Only!) - xda-developers
I have also installed the latest version of Kies in my Windows PC so all the drivers for S2 should be in place.
All the Android/I9100 properties in Device Manager tells me that the device works OK.
Where did I go wrong ?
