Some quick questions

Okay. I just got my Op V this past sunday. New to android. The first Issue I had was with battery and that's a bit fixed up but I wanted to know.

What would be the best launcher app, messenger app(sms speaking).

Currently I am running GOlauncher Ex. don't know if I really like it.

Help me out?

Those will be completely a matter of personal taste based on what your preferences are. Try them all and see which ones fit your needs.

Gosms seems to run the best. I use launcher pro just for the full personalization. Go launcher is a nice one to start because of the themes.

I downloaded Launcher pro and the thing i encountered was the fact I need Pro Plus. >.>
for some stuff at least.

do either of these like eat battery power or what?

I have been using launcher pro plus unlocker for 6 months. The only thing you have to watch is having a lot of apps and using Seven screens. I had to go down to five so I wouldn't keep having force closures.
Your lancher and themes are two of the first things you need to look at when things go wrong with installed apps.

I have plus and never use the plus features. Also I use folders to organize my apps so I only have two screens.

Forgot to mention: no noticeable difference in battery. With moderate usage I can go all day between charges. With light usage I can go 2days. 4 to 5 hours straight internet(which is better than the laptop I had).
This is with everything turned off except when I need it.
