i used to lived in newton KS USA. and now i live in Acapulco Mexico i used to haved a plan with sprint and sprint ID something like that when i travel back to mexico i reset my phone and now dont let me do anything how can i get it to work again..?

Have you tried using the activate app that's on your phone.
EDIT: SORRY! I was not paying attention. If you have an Optimus S then you might not have the neat little activate app, and as mkbkr1 pointed out,you don't even have VM service in Acapulco.

It sounds to me like the OP has a Optimus S. Maybe he needs to contact Sprint? This will give the OP the numbers for service and support http://internationalroaming.sprint.com/IntlCoverage/WelcomeRoaming.do in the Acapulco area. Granted it's for roaming coverage but they did have a number for support and service which might help.
