one is lazyness. Second one is not everyone can roll a cigarette. What I don't get is if people are ok with hand-rolled cigarettes, why don't they just roll their own?
actually, it's not hard at all to make a "store bought" cigarette. you can buy "tubes"(rolled paper with or without filter attached) and separate tobacco. then get an electronic or manual packing machine(called an injector) and make your own in your house. a friend of mine does this.
Roll Your Own Cigarettes - WHOLESALE Prices to the Public - Rolling Tobacco, Cigars, Little Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, Chew, and All Accessories
so I shouldnt say its pretty hard to roll your own....... its pretty inefficient... and not worth the hassle to the vast majority...... however with these machines it saves you a ton of money and time as well....... hell you cant even purchase a carton in 8 minutes at the store
absolutely........ the same way that people who drive electric cars should be taxed....... arent they depriving the govt of gas taxes? what about the children?

Great. SO they should be taxed. As it sounds like they now are.
don't forget ethanol!![]()

At this point Android Forums would like to point out that in no way does it condone or recommend handling flammable liquids while smoking, whether hand or machine rolled.![]()
but what about the kids?

let's see. a business, with a machine, that customers come in to rent, to make a product with materials that have already been taxed....is now a manufacturer, and taxed as such?
What's the difference? The manufacturer, under your definition, is the one that makes the cig from crop to carton, right? How is owning a machine that puts these together any different? You have a machine in your store that is making a product with the sole purpose of tax evasion.
