Hey guys sometimes when my phone is powered on, and I try to wake up it buy pressing the hard button on the right side of the phone, and nothing happens. When I press the volume buttons, I hear the volume levels go up and even vibrates when you bring the volume all the way down, so I know the phone is powered on, but the screen doesn't turn on. Only solution is to do a battery pull. This has happened about 4 times since I got the phone a little over a month ago. Has this happened to anyone else?

This not normal for a phone that is not rooted unless the battery is dead.
Look at the possibility of it being an app (any particular apps installed just prior to the issue)
Then if it still does it try a factory reset.
If it still does it after reset revisit the apps possibility (I suggest running a day or two with NO apps and see if it does it)
If after all of the the problem persists.. take/send it in for repair
