Help Sound Issues

All of the sudden when i went to check my phone this morning i opened up youtube to play a video and there was no sound and i checked other apps and it was the same for them i tryed to adjust the volume but no luck.wondering if anyone else had this problem or could help

Try powering off and pulling the battery, then reboot and see if that fixes it.

Try a factory reset, if that doesn't work I would take it to Verizon for a replacement.
Make sure you return it to stock if its rooted and in the warranty period I think your covered for 12 months but you may want to look at the manual to confirm this.

The factory reset worked.Kind of a odd problem i guess but thankyou
