Speaker by camera

I noticed there is a speaker next to the 8MP camera on the back, however, when I play media no sound comes out. Is this a speaker or what is going on? Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I'm actually pretty sure that sticker is referring to the small hole. I don't really know what that grill by the camera is because it does in fact look like a speaker.

If this is the case, then covering it up should make music as quiet as when you cover up the speaker at the bottom of the phone. Not the case for me. :confused:

Well f me, i gots to get mah ears checked. U sir are correct. Nevermind me, just passing through and nothing to see here
 
It's ok. I had to think a bit of a good way to test that. At least we know we have no phone issues. The x had one speaker too.
