Help Speeding up the launcher "?"

I have ctmod now.
And I switched zeam out for go launcher.
It seams to load slow at the lock screen.
I'm thinking it might be the theme I have on.
I just want to know if my hunch is correct.
And if it would speed up the load if I put the themes .apk in
/system/app
folder.

Go launcher is just ram heavy, that why i switched to adw... And now launcher pro... Considering going back to adw tho...

What's the diffrence between adw and adw ex?
And Wichita ones faster?

Imho, adw faster (but barely)... ex is much more feature rich... Customizable...

So normal is still customozable...
All I want to change are the icons so what the hey. Ill get regular

IMHO Wolf...out of the launchers i have tried, yes.......i havent tried all of the avialable launchers, but ive tried proablly five or so...i always end up back with adw ex or go...go is also pretty sweet but seems a lil laggy sometimes

I'm running ADW Ex and love it . IMO , it beats the H*LL out of GO and Zeem doesn't hold a candle to it .

I personally thought zeam felt faster and light to use.
The only thing I wanted was to change the icons on it.
To a matrix/neon green. XP

IMHO (Lol), Zeam, at least at one time, was Lean, Mean and Fast.

I used it and it is OK, but I never really liked it.

I think that ADW may not be as lean or fast as Zeam, but adds more needed features.

Speed alone isn't everything. We are talking about miniscule differences that do add up over time but it really depends on how you use your phone.

I feel that ADW EX may be just a Tad slower than ADW but I love it. I multitask three to five apps all day long and it rarely skips a beat running CM7 or CTMOD when they are properly tweaked.

For now, I use ADW EX always.

And I have used all the others back on Froyo. All had features I liked at the time.
