app not working on my nexus 4 thru at&t network but will work on wifi. Does anybody have a clue why?

App is basically useless on my N4 as well. But when I do a wifi hotspot to my iPad, I can use the app on my iPad and it works fine.

Same here for the most part. Ah well, the data speeds are as good as I could need so the numbers don't mean anything to me.

I found this Try removing the "proxy" field from the APN settings. Lots of people have issues.I try it and it works now.

Make sure you remove the proxy setting in your APN. You'll probably get better speeds without the proxy set as well.

Proxy is blank for me and speedtest is still useless. I have to do a wifi hotspot to my iPad and run the test on there to get accurate results.

I've never had a problem using it on cellular (T-Mobile), WiFi, or while tethering

Didn't work for me with an at&t sim , works fine with a T-Mobile sim. Go figure...
