Yes edit the file name. Just delete everything before PG86IMG. Also, I think you should wipe cache/dalvik before flashing. I flashed a new one yesterday and phone didn't want to boot. Then when I got into recovery, it was in safe mode saying I needed to wipe cache. So I did, and then phone booted and all was good.

I've flashed 3 without wiping anything, but everyones situation is different

Yeah, in the past it has never mattered but gave me issues this time... Not really sure what the deal was..
