It's fun to do, but certain people asks for getting hammered. Wet grass + stopping ain't going make you stop, so there is a lot of funky representants for Parkour/Free Running that does everything to TRY to impress without knowing where their skills really are. That movie is just result of that, some is more unlucky then others - but most common, they all tried something that was beyond their skill level! :p

Nah, jackass is jackass - got nothing to do with this. THOUGH as you said, not everyone in this "sport" is the sanest dude out there lol

This one still have some bad ones, but those you see here is bit more common mistakes. Mistiming of your jump! :D
 
I agree. There was this one vid that I saw a while back but I can't find it now of some guy doing free running in Europe somewhere. I forgot his name though :(
 
I can chump up a thread about Parkour, the geek in me for Parkour/Free running is very high! Besides I do have a lot of vids both on compy and on youtube. I can share what I have found that are good.

Man, my engrish is high today.

was just thinking about starting a thread completely devoted to Parkour. I mean for real, that shit is off the f*cking chain!!
 
Gotta love the people doing it (most of them) and how it looks. I also wanted to have something different started up, something most people would be awed by and where there is no team behind it haha :D

But back to mistakes, seen some grim ones through my class in University last year (yeah, did Sports & Exercise science) and I must say I'm not fan of thorn ligaments injuries or fibula/tibia breaking either.
