Root Sprint Blocking Wifi Tether Apps?

I went to use Open Garden today and it wasn't working. Come to find out, I can't find any wifi tether app available for my phone through Sprint. I am rooted. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

mine is working, MikG2.61...I think its the hacked one

I also noticed WiFi tether apps missing a while back. I'm not worried yet because Sprint removed those apps from the market. I'm sure Sprint knows when someone uses free tether but only make a big deal when the person abuses it.
Having trouble keeping up with data demands is what every carrier wants to see. It justifies higher prices and expands towers. As for the tether, this isn't the end of free tethering but the possibility of a battle between carriers vs customers. Someone will always find an exploit to get it for free. It's a cat and mouse game that a company should not get into.

I am running Mik3D and while using the hotspot earlier I got a message saying "this account is eligible for hotspot access". (something along those lines, it wasnt word for word, but I found it quite odd.)
