Sprint Data Usage with the EVO...

I'm currently at 4,967,938KB and I still have 4 more days till the end of my billing cycle!!!

HTC EVO FTW!!! No more 5GB data caps!!!

What's everyone else's data usage look like?

Well, I use Slingplayer which is my primary data hog.

But, I'm not worried about how much data I'm consuming, since Sprint is touting the EVO 4G plan as a truly all-you-can-eat data buffet for just $10 more/month. I'm down with that.

Mine has been stuck on 202013 kb for over a week now. I have streamed 10+ Netflix movies (using 4G network connection), 6 of which were in H.D., since making a mental note when I canceled the Sprint Hotspot service. I have have been using Easytether (free) since. Does Easytether not add to the data usage count?

My experience very similar. I think the big diff is that if you are using 4G it's not added.

It would be great if the other people with the high data usage could indicate? Are you connected 3G or 4G?

either way it's pretty cool to use what we have and (?) not have to worry :)

How are you streaming Netlix on your EVO? When I hit 'Play', it takes me to the install Silverlight plugin, which I then download and nothing happens.

I didn't think Netflix watch instantly worked yet on Android... unless you're talking about the phone tethered to your computer and then streaming...

I'm tethering the 4G connection to my laptop and then sharing that connection with my Blu-Ray player using a cross-over ethernet cable.

4GB and I still have 18 days left... most of which has been tethered to my laptop. Thank God for Sprints Everything Data 450 with unlimited data!

Damn I just tether my iPod Touch wirelessly and stream Netflix on that at work lol. I've only rooted a couple days ago using the new unrevoked 3.2, so I'm nowhere near where you guys are in terms of data consumption.

8,991,232 KB worth of data through the phone as of this morning. That was a significant amount of Slingbox, music and other crap:)

I'm ok with that!

I never get to see my total anymore since I use 4G when I have more than casual stuff going. The 4G data won't show in that total.

I use about 3 gigs a month on 3G.

i used 11GB last bill cycle .. Didnt have home internet for a while and used my phone as the back up plan .. Good thing I rooted and yea no CAP what so ever .. And as of right now I dont have 1 gb in the bill .. But its good to see is true unlimited

I average 25-30GB a month since I got it in early July. I don't have a regular internet connection at the moment, so I use my tethered phone for my everyday internet use. Lots of streaming videos, especially now that it's football season. ;)

WOW!!! Y'all are really making me want to cancel my $45 a month internet service and jam out on the Evo???!!!!

Wow, you guys are total pigs! Haha, just kidding. I'm only at 1.2 gb with four days left, lat month was 3.something. I'm usually just at home where I use my computer for most things, or at work where I barely have time to use my phone, so my usage is relatively tame.
