Help Sprint LG 3 Wifi Call Problem

I have been looking online for help, wanted to ask here.
I do not have a wifi calling button on my LG 3 from Sprint. I got it at best buy at the start of this month, and was hoping to use wifi calling because my signal is so poor at my house.

I read that I might have to do a hard reset to get all of the features on the phone. It looked new when they unboxed it and set it up. However, I did notice that none of the LTE sprint stuff shows up on start up, just plain LG.

I really put some effort into getting the phone set up, should I just wait for the lollipop update or just do a hard reset?

Thanks for any information on this.

Do you have any sprint signal? G3 has a WiFi calling app you would activate it that way! Do you see the app anywhere in apps or is it disabled in your app manager in settings?

No I dont have a wifi calling toggle, nor the app.
I really do not want to have to get my msl etc...and then do a hard reset.
I am guessing though in order to get the software I will need to. When I turn on my phone it does not say sprint on it at all...like the SPARK etc...its not rooted (although I want to), just a plain jane G3 from sprint. I do have sprint signal and some of my calls say HD on it....but nothing like wifi calling. I live sort of out in the woods...so the wifi calling would be great.

Thanks meyerweb. I thought maybe some else on another board would have some ideas. I know I am going to have to bite the bullet and get my msl, and restart. My wife just got a S5 and it has some sweet wifi calling...

i want it too :)
