What if you pay the $50 thru Sprint to upgrade early then go to BB to get your Amazon price match?

I tried that too. They'll only let me upgrade early if I buy the phone in the store.

Then, just try flipping it for an odd contract note 2 : )

I actually traded my s3 plus $100 to a local for a note 2 ....so not a bad idea to try

this is correct. only corporate stores can do upgrade now from what I have read and heard. There is a different program for third party retailers from what I hear. The customer must call customer care for this buy up that I read about on xda.
