Just talked to Samsung Customer Support. They told me that they apologize for the delay and are working diligently to get the phones ready and ship them out. When I asked when the shipping date would be she told me within a couple of wks. When I told her that was unacceptable and would like to speak to a supervisor in the manufacturing department she informed me that she does not have that phone number to give to me.
So what I gathered from this call was that myself along with the other 32gb preorders won't see our phones until sometime in July if we're lucky. Also that both Samsung and Sprint are two of the all time greats at giving their customers the run around.![]()

. I wonder if orders are being filled as they were recieved? I actually ordered on day one but couldn't get through until 6 p.m.-ish that evening. Another interesting thing is that my account STILL SHOWS A CREDIT due
. Anyone want to interepret that one for me? Did those of you who recieved a tracking number have a credit up until yesterday?
