Sprint Store Online - Sold out

I wonder if they will wait for the update to kick in before letting people order online.
would have been nice if there's "email me for availability" option
 
BestBuy's mobile hq has a pretty large amount and you don't gotta deal with a mail-in rebate. Rep I ordered from last night said they've been getting a fairly large shipment every time for the past few weeks.
 
ROfl i can't believe how dumb you people are you can get $10 off monthly if u order through sprint referall program...

Get more than just $10 off through that program. Discounted adding a phone to family plan, discounted Hotspot, and other services.

What you're not telling people is discounts don't apply if you're going through the Employee referral program. So if you get a %25 employer's discount on your 3 lines, it turns out to be cheaper to go through regular everything data. Or that's what I've been told. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think sprint premier applies to the referral program so you don't get yearly upgrades.
 
I'm quite aware that I could make my purchase from Best Buy. I actually almost did the other day. I just feel more comfortable purchasing the phone from the Sprint Store for a few reasons...

1. Sprint Discount
2. Free activation fee if purchased from online
3. Free Shipping
4. If any Issues, can return directly to Sprint
5. Guarantees most updated version

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It's just frustrating that they cannot even give an expected date as to when they expect it back in stock!

Do you really believe that? I'm pretty sure they'd sell the phone if they had phones to sell online. It's one thing to have them "sold out" once in a while for moments at a time but not sold out for 2 weeks. This isn't marketing...

I love how stupid people like to call everyone else dumb. Guess it makes them feel smarter?

Everyone else, if you get a 15% or more discount from Sprint, don't listen to this guys dumb post, buy it anywhere and save more money!

Don't tell the dumb guy though! I like keeping stupid people, stupid!
 
I'm not complaining at all the the Sprint Store doesn't have them in stock...

I just don't understand how they don't give there employees or customers an expected date of availability. You would think it would be easier on them as well, instead of having thousands of people calling and emailing on a daily basis asking when will they be back in stock.

You are wrong. Sprint Premier does apply to it. And you get yearly upgrades on the main line.
 
Perhaps a more fair title would be "Still waiting for adequate supplies of rev 3 with Epson displays", since the current outage is due to production changing over to the displays that do not break away from the bezel.

Both Sprint and VZW have been screwed over by display issues for their main lead devices. One HTC (EVO) caused and the other Samsung (Inc) did.

If that is the case, I don't think they would announce it officially because then they would have a mad rush of returns before everyone's 30 days. No one will know if there is a revision change but us guys on these forums, because we compare equipment. If there is an official announcement, it will be after the initial launch 30 days. That way, they can recycle the phones that our out there and give them out updated as refurbs.
