Same thing in New Orleans. I went in at 10, left at 1130. I'll probably go back around 8. Every one expects issues on a launch, I was prepared to wait and prepared for there to be issues, but this is awful. People trying to defend Sprint in this situation must not have any idea how business planning is supposed to work. This is the definition of big corporate fail, and even though I'm not getting rid of my phone/plan, I'm not buying their stock either. Not that ATT is any better, naturally. Massive incompetence, and I hope the execs deservedly get railed for it.
