Everyone has seen the new Sprint Website right? Well its better that how it was before, but its been like a week or so and the option to chat is still unavailable. Does anyone know when probably the site will get fixed?

It's off and on.... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

It appears they are STILL updating the site.

Only thing I like about it is how they set up the view your bill portion.. the rest I am indifferent to

Hmmm, Sprint web page 2.1? Maybe they're going to skip directly to web page 2.6. I wonder if it will be REVa or REV0......

Their page has been screwy ever since they updated it. It shows that I have used 537 kb of data... which is completely wrong. And sometimes when I log in it will show 135,XXX kb. I liked the old grid view of current usage. This new graphical thing is too much.

Maybe they should have just left it alone, their old site was fine.

I've had no issues logging in and navigating myself through the website before or after the update. I'm actually liking the new setup a lot more.

Another weird thing is that I will switch a tab on Firefox for a moment (like check my gmail or reddit) and when I come back to the sprint tab, multiple chat windows are open and the only message that is on there is "Thanks for chatting with a sprint representative today."

That's b/c after a certain amount of time of inactivity the Sprint online reps try to get in contact w/ you to see if you require assistance.

Its not bad! Actually its much better than the previous one. The important info is available and there is now a (very simple but good start) help section for the phone.
