Star with a red Dot in Middle ????

Every once in a while in my Notifications center I will get a white start with a red dot in the middle and it will read "you've won a iphone 4s" or something like that.

Who or where are these notifications coming from???

im in the same boat..

from what I remember it has something to do with a mp3 download program I think. I just reset my phone so its not doing it anymore. I dont give a squirt about what kim kardashian is up to!
