Static Wallpaper

Is there a way to have the wallpaper static (so it is not scrollable) on the DHD or an app to do so?

Most launchers have that choice in their configuration menus. Launcher Pro, ADW, etc. Available from Market in free and paid versions. Just search on "launcher."

I have LauncherPro (paid version) and when I selected the option to have scrollable background turned off, I could still only select a square.

I want to be able to show the whole image on the screen, the same size as an image taken on the DHD camera
