Root Status bar on backside

This sometimes occurs after a new flash, but it should reappear as soon as you get a system notification or a new system icon appears. It's a side effect of my status bar tweaks, I'm working on it. ;)
 
It does it off in on. And I couldn't flash 120711. Window said it was only a 64 kilobyte file and clockworkmod says its invalid
