Under APN type, add dun. Put a comma in between. If u r unable to add it, copy everything down on a piece of paper, goto prior screen and add new APN. Make all settings the same as the old just add dun to the APN type section

So create a new APN and where it says APN under name put dun like this

Its mess up again it was working last night but its not working anymore
 
I'm not new to flashing ROMs but the last time I did anything was on the Galaxy Tab 7 a few years back, and I'd like to know before I try this: Can I get back to factory ROM (assuming I did the nandroid backup) if I have problems with this? Or am I committed to flashing a non-stock ROM from that point on? And what about TWRP, can that be undone?

You can make a nandroid before you flash a ROM so that you can go back to what you had before. Also, I have posted pure stock ROMs for both MetroPCS and T-Mobile versions of the zmax. Oh and yes twrp can be undone too I also made pure stock ROMs that have the stock recovery packed inside.
By the way, if you have the Univision zmax or Walmart family mobile version I need images from those to make pure stock ROMs for them.
 
This sounds pretty exciting! I got this phone from my MetroPCS store down the street a few days ago, when I noticed that the new price is now $99 after INSTANT rebates (thank God no mail-in BS)! I thought I'd be long-stuck with my other Metro phone, the Fierce, which has served me well (and was super-easy to root), but is too small and has the worst camera ever. I'm a middle-aged guy now and the larger screen size is really really important to me, but I didn't want to spend $500 on a big-name phone just to have a decent screen size. The irony of course is that I *could* have been using my cheap galaxy tab 7 as a phone all this time, but the corporate nitwits won't let me because then they couldn't pressure me into buying a phone too.

Now I just have to remember what the heck to install to get ADB working on my PC for this phone!
