@Nash...what are you going to do if the reports are confirmed that it's going to T-Mo?
JMKosmo, if I were talking with a rep I would start with asking her a prelimanary question before you enter the "FUture phone" topic. I would ask her what the deal is with the increased cancellation fee. Something to let her know you are more so on the level, you know? Tell her you inveted an elixer that will produce fountain of youth affects if she helps you out with the future phone topic..... Then let me know how it went with THATHere we goooooooo!
Rep: Hello. Thank you for visiting our chat service. May I help you with your order today?
Jason: I want to upgrade to a smart phone but i have some questions
Rep: I'd be happy to help you with that.
Jason: I am looking for a HTC phone that I saw on the internet called something like the passion or the incredible. I don't see that available
Rep: The only HTC phones we have is the HTC Ozone, Touch Pro2, and the HTC Droid Eris.
Jason: Oh when I called about new plans a verzion rep told me that a new HTC phone would be available in February
Rep: Unfortunately, I do not have access to future phone releases.
Jason: OK
Rep: No problem.
Jason: Then I guess, I'll have to wait to ask the other questions
Jason: I thought maybe I missed something on the website
Rep: No problem. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Jason: no thank you for your time
Rep: Thank you for visiting Verizon Wireless, I look forward to speaking with you again. Have a great day!
I just feel like these reps don't have all the tools to handle advanced customer questions. If they cared about my business they would have tried to convince me something was going to happen. Instead they could have lost $200 for the phone, $70 / month for the plan, and $30 / month for smart phone. How is this good business. What if I now opt for a regular phone without a data plan?
im not really following the incredible, when that phone is launched WITH THE INCREDIBLE NAME, then i can say im wrong, my contact said, that doesnt exsist, and i said i couldnt imagine a phone being launched with that name, but anyway lets keep this forum on the bravo, thats all we should be focusing on, not crappy photoshop pictures, and if there was some creativity in the photoshop pics, you would of put a bravo/passion by the curtain, but missed oppertunity there i guess,
What is the number below the back arrow and magnify glass? Looks like a serial number!

nashdroid the incredible doesn't exist just ask newsradio.. HAHA
3) HTC Sense UI. Oh yes...the gorgeous user interface that we've all been wanting to see on a 3.7 inch screen. Nothing really much to say here...this one speaks for itself.
so do we want to take a poll on what newsradio is going to say about this phone?
a) that's not the bravo
b) that isnt a real phone
c) or will he just tuck his tail betweeen his legs and run away
Which look do you like more? What I have done is put a link of the product brochure for T-Mobile UK and the leaked info from ai.rs blog. They each call the phone the bravo but each has different look. The recent leaked photo of the phone looks like the ai.rs blog

@Nash
you're wrong man...the incredible doesn't exist...that picture isn't real...there's no kickstand duh. I think you crafted your own phone by hand and posted pics to make us think its the real thing. You're being sneaky and I won't listen to you anymore...it's a conspiracy!!

I'm getting so tired of waiting. Getting a phone through Verizon any more is like being in an episode of the X-Files. Where are the Lone Gunmen when you need them?
I tipped that to Engadget mobile about an hour ago. haha Finally, I've proven myself useful!
