Okay pleeeeease help Ive ben reading forever and dont understand alot of the technical terms. So plllllzzzz tell me in easy to understand language how to remove pre-installed apps from my eris

Any particular reason for wanting to remove? I don't believe you'll gain back much space for what you can remove safely.
