Root Stock ZVD How-to for Noobs

This method will take you to STOCK ZVD, with no root non debloated non detoxed,

The stock recovery with advanced I couldnt get done correctly, I was so irritated with people, How... do I, questions and PMs demanding me to help with problems I had to make this, I had to edit some words cause I offended gbiggies but I needed to vent.

You can't go from ZVB to ZVD without doing the upgrade through LG right?

Or is this supposed to be for people that have a ROM installed on ZVD and want to go back to stock?

Roms installed to stock ZVD, I needed a stock rom, non themed with metro apps to take to metro corporate store, I am on my third esteem now.

this is not for upgrading you must me on zvd updated firmware.

That's what I thought. Reason I ask is someone might confuse that for thinking they can go from ZVB to ZVD with this option instead of upgrading through LG.
