I am an HTC Hero user, just interested in finding some help with my phone. I did search the forums but not sure if it is already posted or not... After i unlock the screen, there is a little box that pops up onto the screen, then quickly disappears once you start an activity. Also, it shows up and stays on the screen when go into the menu for adding an app to the homescreen. HOW do i get rid of this? It wasn't there before and i am not really sure how it showed up?

Sorry to hear bout the crackberry, it gets a hold of many! My last phone was also an HTC, no one seems to know what they are. I love my new one, just stumped with this pop up thing!
