Help Straight Talk issues. Switching H+, 3G, H

Ok I have everything set up and it texts fine. I have data but this issue is driving me crazy.

It switches between H+, 3g, and H back and forth back and forth. Any idea what is causing this.

I have the N7000 running ICS and rooted.

I just tested it, mine is doing this as well. I guess I've just never noticed since I'm always in an HSPA+ area. My data speeds are consistent even with it frequently switching. I'll check my wife's Note as well. I'm running stock Gingerbread, so I wouldn't think this is an ICS issue.

Have you been having problems getting a consistent connection?

I have just had this for a few hours. So far it has been consistent. Ill no more tomorrow when I am out and about. Do the arrows show a lot of activity? Mine is moving and I am concerned about my data. I think only time will tell.
