Help Strange Battery Behavior

I usually have good battery life, and it doesn't seem to have changed really. But for the past few days, minutes after unplugging from an all-night charge, it has dropped to 82%. Is this an issue that the "Wipe Battery Stats" option in the recovery menu can handle? If so, what's the correct process on using the battery stats reset?

uncheck data enabled in mobile network settings when not using internet i did this when my battery was a 100 percent and over night it only dropped to 98 percent in 8 hours.

I think it might also have to do with charging on my laptop's USB port.

if using the cm7 I think wifi drains it very quickly.
