Root Strange Partition map !

Any one who is intrusted can just open the file called "partition map.xml" in Micromax A75 update package
!

It states that
"preloader " "DSP_BL"
"UBOOT" "BOOTIMG" "RECOVERY" "LOGO" are FAT 32 ?????
this is crazy !
