Root Strange problems with my Esteem

Prepare for a long read.

Recently I've been having some issues with my phones stock browser, facebook, text and picture messaging. I've been blaming it on the prl. Surprisingly, opera mini works. This happened after a busy box update, the LG browser flash. I've wipe everything possible off this phone. Restored a stock recovery and reflashed #2 2.5 but the problem exists in both stock and custom roms. Like I said. Its all happened with the prl and me flashing that browser.

Metro has been updating their network for about the past month. Wouldnt be surprised if the issues are from that.
 
Well I hope that's the problem. But how is it that opera mini still works when my stock browser shows its unable to load a page. I find that kinda odd
