Help Streaming Quality Issue

I started getting this message today every time I turn on my phone. "Streaming quality on your HTC EVO may be impacted by a known issue with the Sprint carrier network. To resolve this issue, please contact Sprint at 888-211-4727. Let them know that you are having trouble streaming multimedia on th HTC EVO with software version 3.70.651.1". What issue are they referring to? I haven't had a problem with streaming video. I have had s/w version 3.70.651.1 for months and if there is a problem with the s/w version how come the message about the issue (problem?) didn't come out before today?

Its Amazon MP3 app. If you dont use the Amazon MP3 then -Menu/Settings/Applications/Manage/Amazon MP3/Uninstall Updates then force stop. that worked for me

I use amazon MP3 and it works fine. I do recall a couple of months ago I couldn't get youtube videos to play and someone on another forum suggested a fix that worked great. It may even correct the Amazon MP3 streaming issue. menu/settings/applications/manage applications/all/epst/ I'm not 100% sure what I cleared, it was clear data and/or clear cache. Anyway since I did that, youtube has worked perfect.
