Root Stuck in backup!! Help!!

im backing up Kings GB2 in ClockworkMod and the phone's been stuck now for 15 minutes with the last line saying "Generating md5 sum..."

battery pull?? not sure what to do .. the battery may run out
 
yes all is good.. pulled the battery and was able to boot into recovery after that .. just a little scary pulling the battery during a recovery task .. i've backed up many a rom and never had this happen ..

was able to boot up in a prior nandroid w/ no issues
 
yeah i do the battery pull every now and then. always scary when doing that. the only time where you do not want to do that is when you are flashing radios. but most of the time it should be ok. what recovery are you on?

clockwork.. it was actually on a buddys phone that we just rooted.. i've never had this particular issue on my phone..

it was probably the 3rd or 4th nandroid made on his phone.. it showed it as a nandroid when i got back into restore too.. but we just restored a prior nandroid that we knew was good to go..
