Help Stuck in boot loop

Can't get out of the boot loop with the arrow going around.

Do you have a recent backup? Are you familiar with adb? You can do adb reboot recovery & either restore a backup or flash CM again

This happened after I updated on the kernal on the webos side of things. I clear the cache and dalvik cache, rebooted a few times and it came back.
