Root stuck in boot loop

PLEASE HELP me i have tried all comands in fastboot to load custom recovery but still stuck in bootloop also tried flashing roms i had said on pc and i get error boot magic what am i doing wrong ive been w/o my phone for 3days it started when i flashed wrong kernel for a diff phone than mine and never loaded...i have the dinc2 is there a file im missing im trying to get to my recov so i can do a restore or just get a rom on the phone to start it up
 
recovery wont fix your bootloop on its own.

what device do you have?
what rom were you on?
what kernel did you flash?
what recovery are you using?
how are you booting to fastboot?
are you s-on or off
 
Please could you edit your post so it is not quoting the entire faq? It makes the thread hard to use.
 
I was running rom core
i have s-off revolutionary

cwm 4.0.0.8
i am very new to this but i knw the kernel i used was for a complety diff phone than mine i f-d this one up i can only use fastboot thats why i am reading all post about fastboot but ive ran out of ideals i dont knw what im doing just getting me running with anything
 
It gets stuck at htc screen i init erased the boot and everything thourgh the fastboot and would only goe back to bootloader screen after i put the cwm recovery on there the htc comes back but wont boot into recovery i i tried the adb shell it doesnt rec my phone only fastboot does im not sure if iam flashing right files or not i just need to get to my backups to restore phone or flash a rom to get it running again

I think we need people with knowledge of your device to help you find the right files. We would just be guessing.

I'll see if a guide/mod can direct your issue for you.
