Stuck or always pressed down Physical Buttons??

Anyone have problems with their physical buttons? I must hit my Home button a lot becuase it is pressed down much lower than the other buttons. This is causing some headaches recently, as the screen is coming on in my pocket, as well as not responding to when the button is pressed anymore.

Is there a way to fix this or do I need to go get a replacement phone>?

Besides having certain apps 'moved to my SD card', how can I make sure the apps either purchased through App market or the "Free Apps of the day" via Amazon App Store are moved without having to repurchase? Will I have to repurchase these apps?

Also, all my gallery pictures are on my SD card correct? - I wont lose them?

Sorry for 2 posts... One more thing..
I have Widget Locker and Launcher Pro loaded onto my phone.. They shouldnt have any issues with these apps correct? I am not rooted or anything like that.

I purchased mine in August. I went to the VZW store and they granted me a new one for $0 under warranty. The site said it was not under warranty anymore but she said that was incorrect and granted me a new one!
Should get it today!
