Root stuck.. please help

i seem to be stuck.. i just flashed black plague and as soon as i see my homescreen my phone restarts, i want to go back in recovery and flash again but i cant get to rom manager because of these reboots...anyway to access recovery from the phone being off? please help and thank you
 
Yes. Take out your battery. Put back in and hold down the volume down button and power button. Keep holding both until you see a factory reset screen. Press power a few times to confirm and you will be in recovery.
 
i have the old recovery so i heard that will put me in a bootloop, but i have the de looper also in my phone, so shall i just try anyway?
 
Are you bootlooping when you try to boot into the rom? If so and you are absolutely sure you flashed it correctly then get back into recovery and flash the delooper. Again make sure you have a working rom installed before you use that delooper or you will brick.

If you aren't sure you should just restore your backup and start over.
