Sorry no. The HTC EVO 4G and EVO 4G LTE use completely different hardware.

But there is ics, jb, and even kit kat roms available for the evo 4g........just head on over to EVO 4G - All Things Root - Android Forums

And roms are device specific....never flash a rom not made for your device

However some devs will port their roms to other devices, so it depends.
