Root SU Question

May be a dumb question, but I've never encountered this before. Is there anyway to allow a root app SU access once you've denied it? I was in the middle of a number of things and clicked on the 5 second delay button within Widgetlocker and hit deny by accident. Now everytime I click on this feature it says "no root or access denied" I cleared the log in the SU app, but still no luck. Is there anyway around this? As always, thanks in advance

I don't know if it'll work or not but how about trying to clear the data in the superuser app altogether and start from scratch with permissions?
