Help Suddenly Touchdown Exchange Not Working

So my company upgraded/changed their webmail server this morning to 2010, and since then, I have been unable sync with Touchdown. Obviously I've gone ahead and updated the server information in Touchdown and attempted to configure again, but it's telling me "Automatic Configuration failed." Then in the log box, it keeps mentioning something about an error renewing subscription.

Any ideas?

I would recommend that you communicate the issue to the internal support folks for the mail server. There are settings that can allow or disallow the device connection. You obviously had it working previously so the issue is on the server side most likely.

I agree, get your tech people involved. I suspect a small change was made and one of the initial setup items is no longer correct. Perhaps the exchange server changed names, etc. It could also be as dg370 suggested - they haven't enacted all the same setting on the server side.
