Everything seems to be working great after jelly bean install but when I try to open Supersu it says the su binary needs to be updated , when i hit continue the phone just restarts anyone having this problem ??

Did you flash the newest rooted stock rom? Are you on the Mean Bean Rom?
I haven't had time to mess with any of the new updates yet, so I might be behind the curve slightly.
SU might not have the updates built in yet, but JB has been out for a little while for other devices.
Do me a favor go under Settings / Applications / and select SU. Clear the cache and the data. Then go into your applications and open up SU, try to update the binaries again. See if that works.

Im completely stock , just got the stock rom from XDA .Did you flash the newest rooted stock rom? Are you on the Mean Bean Rom?

Tried clearing cache that that did not work , nothing seems to be not working otherwise mabe ill leave it for now.Ok did you try and clear the cache and data from the app settings?
If that doesn't work, just delet the app and redownload from the market.
did you do it in recovery? if not then you need to go into recovery and wipe dalvik cache and cache. maybe try uninstalling su and reinstall it.
